Al Caso, CMT
Al received his BA in History from Santa Clara University. He spent 3 years in the Army working in occupational therapy. Followinghis discharge, he worked at the VA Medical Ctr in Palo Alto assisting blinded veterans relearn how to perform daily living activities. After spending 20 years running an insurance agency, he signed up for an introductory massage therapy class at De Anza College and was hooked. He completed his certification hours at De Anza College and also spent a year studying medical Qi Gong at Nature's Path Center in San Jose. Al is a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association. The guiding principle of Al's work is to move away from the pain and the body will know what to do.
